In purchasing this kitten/cat, I accept complete responsibility for Its lifelong welfare with unlimited love, kindness and devotion and I agree to abide by the following Life of Donskoy terms: 

1. I realize the importance of promoting the continued development of this kitten/cat and I agree to follow the breeder’s instructions for this animal’s care, grooming, diet and good health. It will always have prompt medical care when necessary and never be allowed to harbor parasites. 

2. I will always provide companionship for this kitten/cat and never leave it alone for extended periods of time without human attention. I will provide exercise for this kitten/cat by supplying toys and encouraging play. I will protect this kitten/cat from harm NEVER allowing it to run loose out-of-doors. Its freedom shall be controlled and supervised for its own safety INDOORS. 

3. I am purchasing this kitten/cat as a PET. I agree to have this kitten/cat neutered/spayed between the ages of 4 and 9 months (or within 30 days after purchase if this is an adult unaltered cat). I will not breed this animal. 

4. I will receive a current Florida Health Certificate for this kitten/cat verifying it is healthy, vaccinated appropriately for Feline Rhinotracheitis, Calici, Panleukopenia and rabies (if over 4 months of age), worm tested & treated, and tested negative for leukemia (FIV). I understand I have the OPTION to have this kitten/cat examined by my own vet within 72 hours after purchase. (It is recommended that the buyer isolate this kitten/cat from any other pets until their personal vet inspection has been done.) Within this 72 hour period, if this animal is found to be unhealthy by my vet, I understand I can immediately return the kitten/cat to the breeder (at my expense) and I will receive a full refund of the purchase price. No cash refunds will be given after the initial 72 hour period has passed. 

5. I agree NOT to have this kitten/cat declawed without the written approval of the breeder. 

6. By signing this contract, I am in full agreement with all of its conditions. If I do not abide by this contract, I agree to pay a fine of $2,500.00 (plus court costs and legal fees incurred in collection) to the breeder Nancy Duckett.
